Overview of the Centre
Naran School For The Deaf (Gweru) serves learners with hearing impairments alongside learners without hearing impairments, creating a truly inclusive educational environment. By integrating students of different abilities within the same learning space, the Centre promotes mutual respect, understanding, and equal opportunities for growth and achievement.
Mission Statement
To provide a nurturing, quality, inclusive learning environment where every learner, including those with special needs, can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally—fostering independence, promoting life skills, and empowering students to become confident, contributing members of their community and beyond.
The Centre benefits learners with and without hearing empairments, parents and guardians and community members seeking skills development and awareness on disability inclusion.
